  Really dissapointed. Was looking forward to trying something new but when entering Blu 4 waiters walked by us without any acknowledgement even after spoken to. There was no offer to be seated and we were unable to ask server regarding seating because they would not even stop long enough for us to ask seating procedure for establishment. We would have seated ourselves but there were no empty tables in sight. We even called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if we needed to make reservations. Just feel staff should be more attentive and welcoming to customers entering the restaurant.

  Always good. A little pricey but a good selection. Go during 1/2 price happy hour. Happy hour prices are not honored for to go items and expect to pay $1 per item for to go. I understand that some people thought it was smoky in there (it's a smoking bar) but they have made changes to improve the environment.

  Not impressed at all. When I walk in an establishment and can't tell if I'm supposed to seat myself or not...that ruins it immediately. Can't review on anything else because I left.
